I can see how up-=to-date you are...
BTW, I prefer my tes btewed in stainless steel pots and served in vacuum filled doubles walled quality stainless steel mugs. I have tried the japanese style clay pots, etc, chinese china and English stonerware and i keep going back to stainless steel; it gives the tea a clarity and lightness of taste that doesn't happen with the other receptacles. I also find that 70c can be a bit low, I prefer 80C,
